Children often refuse to eat vegetables especially green ones. As a result, parents often worry about if their child is getting the right amount of nutrients for optimal health. At times like these we all look for a solution. A quick, easy and fun way to combat these times is to add in super food powders such as Moringa. The health benefits that exude from Moringa is enormous. Adding it to smoothies, nice creams, juices or shakes is easy to do and your children will be none the wiser. A fun way to help get kids to drink or eat the foods with added Moringa is by telling them that their favorite super hero, cartoon character or idol drinks it also. I bet they will be downing the smoothie in no time!

Blend together the ingredients below:

1/3 cup cashew milk

1 ½  frozen banana

½ mango

Handful blanched frozen kale

1 tsp (tea spoon) ground flax seeds

1 tsp (tea spoon) Moringa powder
